Agentic Gunda
Strictly enforced

Acceptable Use Policy

These rules govern every call placed through Agentic Gunda. They are not guidelines — they are enforced automatically and by review. Violating them can pause your campaigns and suspend your account, without prior notice. By using the platform, you agree to keep every call consent-first, honest, and lawful.

Prohibited

What you may never do

Each of the following is prohibited on Agentic Gunda. This list is not exhaustive; anything abusive, deceptive, or unlawful is prohibited even if not named here.

  • Harassment

Repeated, unwanted, or abusive contact intended to distress, annoy, or wear down a recipient.

  • Threats or intimidation

Any call that threatens harm, legal peril, or coercion, or that implies consequences to pressure a recipient.

  • Fraud or scams

Deceptive calls that misrepresent identity, offers, or outcomes in order to extract money, data, or action.

  • Impersonation of people or institutions

Posing as a government agency, bank, employer, individual, or any organization you are not authorized to represent.

  • Political persuasion without required consent and legal review

Campaign, advocacy, or electioneering calls unless you have documented consent and cleared applicable law with our review.

  • Emergency-service interference

Calling, tying up, or spoofing emergency lines, hospitals, or public-safety numbers in any way.

  • Robocalling without consent

Placing automated calls to recipients who have not given documented, verifiable consent to be contacted.

  • Calling purchased or scraped lists

Using bought, rented, harvested, or otherwise non-consented contact lists as a source of call targets.

  • Collecting highly sensitive credentials

Soliciting passwords, one-time passcodes, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar secrets on a call.

  • Discriminatory targeting

Selecting, excluding, or treating recipients based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, or disability.

  • Calls involving illegal products or services

Promoting, selling, or facilitating anything unlawful in the recipient's or your own jurisdiction.

  • Circumventing opt-outs or do-not-call requests

Re-contacting a recipient who has opted out, or evading do-not-call, suppression, or frequency controls.

Enforcement

How violations are caught and stopped

Compliance is built into the platform, not bolted on. Enforcement happens in the data path — an abusive campaign is stopped before it becomes a pattern of calls.

Automated abuse monitoring

Signals from call outcomes, opt-out rates, complaints, and content are continuously monitored for policy violations.

Campaign auto-pause

When risk thresholds are crossed, active campaigns are paused automatically before further calls are placed.

Human review

Our team reviews flagged accounts and campaigns, including audit logs, disclosures, and consent records.

Suspension

Confirmed violations lead to feature restrictions, campaign termination, or full account suspension without notice.
