Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Agentic Gunda collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our product is built to be consent-first: the AI always discloses itself, calls require documented consent, and opt-outs are honored automatically.

Introduction
Agentic Gunda (“Agentic Gunda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI voice-calling platform that lets organizations place lawful, consented calls such as reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, dashboard, and calling services.
Because we act as a service provider that places calls on behalf of our customers, some information is processed on their instructions. Where a customer directs how their contacts’ data is used, that customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and documented consent for those calls.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information
- Name, work email, organization name, authentication credentials, workspace settings, and billing details you provide when you create and manage an account.
- Contacts you upload
- Phone numbers and any associated fields (such as names, appointment times, or reference IDs) that you import or add, along with the consent records and do-not-call flags you maintain for them.
- Call metadata
- Records about each call attempt, including timestamps, duration, call status and outcome, disclosures made, opt-out events, and compliance preflight results.
- Recordings & transcripts
- When recording is enabled for your workspace, we process audio recordings and machine-generated transcripts of calls to deliver, review, and improve outcomes, subject to applicable consent and notice requirements.
We also collect limited technical information — such as device and browser details, IP address, and product usage — to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the calling platform.
- Run compliance preflight checks — consent, quiet hours, frequency caps, and do-not-call suppression — before a call can be placed.
- Place consented calls, disclose the AI at the start of each call, and honor opt-outs immediately.
- Generate analytics, outcomes, and audit logs for your workspace.
- Provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use call content to build advertising profiles.
Call recordings and transcripts
Where recording is enabled, calls may be recorded and transcribed. Recording is subject to the notice and consent requirements of the applicable jurisdiction, and customers are responsible for enabling only what their consent and local law permit.
Retention of recordings and transcripts is configurable at the workspace level. To reduce exposure of sensitive data, our agents are designed not to solicit passwords, one-time codes, or full payment card numbers, and transcripts may be redacted to remove certain sensitive values before storage.
Data retention
Retention periods are configurable. Account information is kept for the life of your account; contacts, call metadata, recordings, and transcripts are retained according to the retention settings you choose for your workspace, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
When a retention window ends, or when you delete data, we remove or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep for legal or security reasons.
Sharing & subprocessors
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate the platform, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. These include:
- Telephony providers that carry calls and process call audio and metadata to connect and route them.
- AI providers that power realtime voice, speech-to-text, and language understanding used during calls.
- Infrastructure, storage, analytics, and payment providers that support the service.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. A current list of subprocessors will be made available and updated before public launch.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and immutable audit logging — to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data commensurate with its sensitivity.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal information, including to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Workspace administrators can action many of these requests directly in the dashboard. If your data was processed on behalf of one of our customers, we will refer your request to that customer and support them in responding.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you are located. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards designed to give it a level of protection consistent with applicable law.
Children
Agentic Gunda is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
